|At this time, All-GreenJanitorialProducts.com ships within the contiguous 48 United States.|
|How much is my shipping?|
| On the shopping cart page, you may enter the country, state / province, and zip / postal code to which your order is being shipped. Then, if applicable, a number of shipping options will be displayed to you along with the corresponding shipping amount for each method.
You may then select the shipping option / rate you prefer, and then Checkout.
Note that shipping options and rates are displayed to you, and chosen by you, before you check out. So, you will know exactly what the shipping amount will be for your order before you actually place the order by clicking Checkout.

Be sure that all of the items in your order have already shipped.
If your order's tracking number(s) is / are displayed, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of delivered but you did not receive the shipment, please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE for assistance.
|An item is missing from my shipment.|
|It's possible that part of an order is being shipped separately, and has yet to ship or is in transit. Please LOGIN to your account to check the order status.
If the status of your order shows that one or more items have yet to ship, or has shipped but has yet to arrive, and you still have questions, please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE.
If the status of your order shows that everything has shipped, and a tracking number check with the shipper shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipper. Should you need further assistance, feel free to contact CUSTOMER SERVICE.

|When will my order ship?|
|Most orders ship 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed.
Note that, once an order has been placed, and you chose to Create An Account when you checked out, you may LOGIN anytime to check the status of the order.
Once shipped, you will receive an email message letting you know. Generally, the message will provide you with a tracking number as well.
