We recommend you insure the package, and obtain a tracking #. can not be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

All shipping / insurance fees are the customer's responsibility.

3.) Within 3 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise, we will refund you the amount you paid for the product, less any promotional discount that had been applied.

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made on the same card. If you paid by check, a check will be mailed to you for the refund amount.

Please return all items packaged in the original packaging. Any product parts, accessories, etc. must be enclosed or your refund may be affected.
