In the event that you are not satisfied with any product purchased from All-GreenJanitorialProducts.com, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from date of delivery. Here's the procedure... 1.) Refund Processing: Within 5 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise, we will refund you the amount you paid for the product, less any promotional discount that had been applied. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made on the same card. After we issue your refund most banks and credit card providers take 3-5 business days to post the credit to your account. Some institutions may take up to 10 days, depending on their policies. If you paid by check, a check will be mailed to you for the refund amount. Please return all items packaged in the original packaging. Any product parts, accessories, etc. must be enclosed or your refund may be affected. I received the wrong product.

When will my credit appear on my account?
	Credits usually take 3-5 business days from the time we receive the returned item(s) to process. After we issue your refund, most banks and credit card providers take 3-5 business days to post the credit to your account. Some institutions may take up to 10 business days, depending on their policies. Itmes must be returned in original packaging with all parts and accessories. Missing items may affect the refund amount. We cannot accept returns more than 30 days after the purchase date and the refund will not be processed.
