It is a colorless, orderless, non-toxic liquid and has been used in thousands of skin care products fo over 50 years. Vitamin A and Vitamin E are also found in this product. Soap is antimicrobial. 

Directions for Use
Wet hands, apply liberal amount of product and rub hands together for 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly.
